Residents at the Dahlia are responsible for electricity, cable, and internet services. WC Smith will handle all water, trash and sewer charges for you.

Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. WC Smith property insurance does not cover your belongings. Rental insurance ranges from about $75.00 to $150.00 per year and you are welcome to use any company of your preference.
